A president under investigation for collusion with a foreign government — who has already committed nine impeachable offenses — should not be allowed to choose a Supreme Court justice for a lifetime appointment. Especially now that Donald Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator in multiple felonies.
And Donald Trump’s pick, Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh, doesn’t even think sitting presidents should be under criminal prosecution and investigation. An arch-conservative promoted by fringe-right groups, Kavanaugh would put Roe v. Wade and the Affordable Care Act at great risk. He’s also been accused of sexual assault by multiple women.

Trump picked Kavanaugh to be the deciding vote to overturn Roe v. Wade and decimate the ACA. Kavanaugh would jeopardize the health of millions of Americans with pre-existing medical conditions and the safety of millions of women, immigrants, and workers.
And we can’t depend on him to actually serve as a check on President Trump: Kavanaugh believes sitting presidents should be exempt from criminal prosecution and investigation! The Senate should NOT confirm the nominee of a lawless president, especially now that Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator in multiple felonies — and that Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women.
